Social Security:

As a senior citizen myself, I am dedicating myself to preserving Social Security for current and future generations. Over the years, the list of concerns over Social Security has been growing. As with many government programs, Social Security frequently suffers from lack of supervision and oversight. Social Security is projected to be bankrupt by 2042 as more baby boom generation workers continue to retire and life expectancy increases.

Although there are currently no plans to reform Social Security, this will most certainly be an issue as the fund continues to run out. Please rest assured, my priorities are not to further a political agenda, but to preserve Social Security for the benefit of our nation’s seniors. Please note that I have received the Seniors Have No Finer Friend Award form the nonpartisan senior organization 60 Plus, demonstrating my commitment to these issues.
